Novelosia sells digital ebooks and novels delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you receive a licence to download and read the purchased title for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Licence & permitted use

• You may download the files to your own devices and read them at your leisure.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publicly share the files.
• You may not remove any copyright notices or attempt to circumvent any protections.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record and our authorized reseller. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Delivery

Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately after payment is confirmed. Links are secure and time-limited; if a link expires, contact us for a replacement.

5. Refunds

Because products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are generally final. See our Refund Policy for the circumstances in which we may issue a refund.

6. Availability & changes

We may add, modify or remove titles and may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of liability

Novelosiais provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products.
