Do I need an account to buy a book?

No. Novelosia uses guest checkout — just pick a book, pay, and your download link is emailed to you instantly. No passwords, no sign-up.

What format are the ebooks in?

Most titles are delivered as DRM-free EPUB and PDF files, so you can read them on virtually any e-reader, phone, tablet or computer. The exact formats are listed on each book's page.

How do I receive my book after paying?

The moment your payment is confirmed, we email a secure download link to the address you entered at checkout. You'll also land on a confirmation page with next steps.

My download link expired — what now?

Download links are time-limited for security. If yours has expired, just contact us with your order email and we'll issue a fresh link right away.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your card details never touch our servers.

Can I get a refund?

Because ebooks are delivered instantly and can't be returned, sales are generally final. If something is wrong with your file or purchase, contact us — see our refund policy for details.

Which devices can I read on?
