• Payment data: handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never receive or store your card details.
• Support messages: any information you send us via the contact form.
• Usage data: when you browse the site, our analytics provider collects standard analytics data — such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type — to help us understand and improve how the site is used.

2. How we use your data

• To process your order and email your download link.
• To provide customer support and resend links on request.
• To keep records required for accounting and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for profiling.

Novelosia uses essential cookies required for the site and admin session to function. We also use analytics cookies set by our analytics provider, and our reviews provider may set cookies in connection with its service. We do not use advertising cookies.

To enable offline access and faster loading, Novelosiamay install a service worker that caches pages and assets locally in your browser. This cached data stays on your device, is not used to track you, and can be cleared at any time by removing the site’s data in your browser settings.
