• Order data: your email address, optional name, the product purchased, amount, and order identifiers. This is required to deliver your ebook and provide support.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never receive or store your card details.
• Support messages: any information you send us via the contact form.

2. How we use your data

• To process your order and email your download link.
• To provide customer support and resend links on request.
• To keep records required for accounting and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for profiling.

3. Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted processors:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing & invoicing.
• Supabase — secure database & file storage.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting.

4. Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as necessary to support you and to meet legal and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Contact-form messages are retained only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.

6. Cookies

Novelosia uses only essential cookies required for the site and admin session to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
