We want you to love your reading. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, the following policy applies.
Digital goods are generally non-refundable
Once an ebook has been delivered and the download link accessed, the sale is considered final. This is standard practice for digital products that cannot be "returned".
When we will issue a refund
We're reasonable people. We'll happily refund or replace your purchase if:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open, and we can't fix it.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You purchased the wrong title and have not yet downloaded it.
- The product was materially not as described.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 14 days of purchase via the contact page, including the email address used at checkout and your order number. We'll review and respond promptly.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
